Return and Exchange Policy

Local Refund Policy
- Our courier will pick up the item within 2-3 working days. Items returned must be in good condition with the original packaging & tags.
- We do not return a refunded item that is damaged, worn, washed or altered in any way.
- It will take 7-10 working days for the refund to be transferred to your bank account.
- Incase of return, 4 K.D shall be deducted as delivery charges.
- In case of you want make an exchange with same product but with other size, please contact us on [email protected].
- Incase of exchange, Delievery will be charged 3.5 K.D.
- In case of you want to exchange the product with other product in store, you have to make a Refund request first, then make a new order with new product that you want.
International Refund Policy
- After approving the refund request by the our team, buyers should send back the items they wish to refund to the same address on the waybill.
- Buyers should feel free to send back the refunded items by any shipping company on their cost.
- We will not be responsible for the shipping fees for the returned items.
- Customers will take full responsibility for all fees required to return the item.
- Returned items should be received within 14 days of receiving the order.
- We will grant full refund, minus the shipping and handling fees.
- Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded as well.
- Kindly do not send the pieces back without requesting a refundexchange order through the website.

Terms and Conditions
- In-stock items shall be delivered within 14 days max if in Kuwait (This may take a bit longer during sale periods).
- In-stock items shall be delivered within 18 days max if international (This may take a bit longer during sale periods).
- Any incorrect shipments and orders will be replaced at no extra cost.
- If you wish to to return or exchange any item, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order.
- Incase of exchange and refund, items should be in good conditions and not used along with the original tag.
- There is no refund or exchange on orders on demand.
- There is no refund on evening wears.
- There is no refund on Ramadan events wear.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests. Items should be in good condition, undamaged, unworn, without makeup marks and all tags should be attached to them.
